👀 Overview

You’ll be out filming in some of the best bars across London - capturing drinks, people and nightlife moments that actually make you want to go out. You’ll help spot TikTok trends before they blow up, pitch new ideas and work with the team to bring them to life. One day you might be filming in Shoreditch, the next you’re editing clips, sorting captions, or chatting to venues to plan the next shoot.

We’re after someone who gets TikTok culture, London nightlife and how to make things feel real - not polished. Someone organised, confident talking to people and ready to learn by doing.

🎥 What you’ll be doing

• Film short form content in venues across London
• Build relationships with venues and manage outreach and scheduling for shoots
• Research cultural and social trends, sounds and formats
• Pitch creative ideas for TikTok and Instagram content
• Help edit clips, write captions and plan posting schedules
• Support day to day community engagement when needed

• Confident picking up the phone and speaking to people
• Comfortable walking into a bar and asking a bartender to do something fun for camera
• Happy being on camera as well as behind it
• Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram and London nightlife culture
